The part 2 of the android application development tutorial has been released. This tutorial covers the analysis of the calculator application with introductions to components like EditText, buttons, notification, and menu options.

 
 
The first video tutorial - Android Introduction is ready and available on youtube. Sorry for my bad english. But hope you get the message. The intent was to give you an idea of how an android phone looks and feels like. Also, introduce some basic terminologies used in the android world.

Also, try to feel the applications as you use it on your phone. Admire it like a painter. Focus on minute details of the UI and animations and behavior. If you find something that you like, take a note of it, and think why you liked it. Was it the color? Was it the text size or button size? Was it an image? Was it the animation? Was it because of something that happened close to it?

Close your mind and open your heart and feel the app. Don't see but feel it. Only when you feel it can you appreciate it. An app then becomes an art that is admired. The monalisa of the Android Market museum.
